NEMX Skilled Trades specializes in delivering comprehensive industrial solutions across a range of sectors, primarily in manufacturing. The company designs and executes full-scope capital projects, including plant expansions, conveyor and material-handling systems, safety guarding and other critical infrastructure upgrades. It supports clients’ maintenance needs through best-in-class millwrighting, fabrication, rigging and Canadian Welding Bureau–certified welding services.
It also offers industrial painting services at its in-house facility. The team specializes in the application of a high-wear polyurethane liner directly to the substrate, either by spraying or casting. The liner forms a strong bond with base materials like steel, stainless steel or concrete, guaranteeing superior wear resistance for industrial parts and equipment.

Safety is the foundation of everything we do. We believe when workers are protected, innovation and consistency naturally follow.
Reliability extends beyond technical skill; it is built into the client experience. Engagement begins with a personalized consultation to assess scope, requirements and operational constraints. Work progresses through design, fabrication, coating and installation as needed, with its safety-first ethos and attention to operational details serving as the foundation.
NEMX Skilled Trades executes complex projects through a carefully structured timeline plan. This was best illustrated in a project involving the replacement of a 48-inch-wide, 350-foot-long troughing belt conveyor. The work also included constructing a new platform and installing over 700 feet of handrail, all within a 12-day window. Success required careful attention and breaking the project down hour by hour. Every task had to be completed in sequence, as one action depended entirely on the completion of the previous step.
Operations were carried out under strict safety protocols. Every structural component was pre-fabricated, painted and shipped from the company’s shop for pre-assembly before the plant shutdown. This proactive approach minimized operational downtime for the client and enabled NEMX Skilled Trades to deliver the fully functional conveyor system on time and within budget.
The client expressed intense satisfaction with the quality of the installation and the efficiency of mobilization. Relentless dedication to planning, safety and precision earned the team their respect and gratitude.
NEMX demonstrates that excellence in the skilled trades begins with people. By combining rigorous safety and quality standards with skilled labor, innovative services and client-focused delivery, it transforms high-stakes environments into models of reliability and precision.
Guided by capability and opportunity, NEMX Skilled Trades is expanding into mining and mineral extraction, where its high-wear polyurethane liner technology provides a distinct advantage in extreme operating conditions. Its current focus emphasizes sectors where durability, precision and worker protection intersect most effectively, ensuring that expansion aligns with expertise.
NEMX does more than build infrastructure; it cultivates trust and sets a benchmark for what skilled trades can achieve when people are protected, empowered and placed at the heart of every project. This commitment has led to its recognition as Canada’s Top Flourishing Millwrighting and Fabrication service provider.
