Slow injection speed or low-pressure injection molding can also cause flow lines because the plastic cools quickly and thickens, resulting in molding defects such as wavy patterns or streaks.
How to Make it Right:
• The most straightforward solution to this problem would be to increase the injection molding cycle's injection speed.
• The pressure and temperature of the material injected into the mold can also be adjusted so that the type of plastic can fill the mold before solidifying.
